Party Process Explained
Here you will find all of the information needed to guide you through the party planning process.
From invites to venues - everything you need to know is below. If there's something else you need that isn't mentioned, don't hesitate to get in touch.
Important Information

Prestige Parties are 2.5 hours long.

Your chosen activity lasts for 90 minutes.

The first 30 minutes are for setting up your chosen activity.

The last 30 minutes are for food, cake or whatever else you like (not provided by Prestige Parties).

During the last 30 minutes your party host will tidy up equipment and play background music for you.
We provide the entertainment for your Birthday Party.

How do I Book?
Fill in our booking form and we will let you know our availability on your selected dates.
After we confirm our availability, you will need to book a venue for your party.
Inform us of your venue for us to add to your booking information.
Your prestige Party is booked!
REMEMBER: Our parties do not include food or party bags, so you will need to organise this separately.
Venues
Parents/Guardians need to book a venue and organise catering.
The venue you choose is dependant on the type of activity - for example, a Football Mania party will require an area large enough for a football pitch to be set up.
We can usually accommodate whichever venue you decide on however it's best to confirm with us before proceeding to book your venue.
You should book your venue to include set up time - this is 30 minutes. So for a 2 hour party, you should book your venue for at least 2.5 hours.
We are happy to assist with venue selection.
